Founded on evidence-based information, this comprehensive course will help you explore all of your options and leave you feeling informed, prepared, and confident to give birth the way that works best for you - read: NO judgement. Ample time for hands-on practice comfort techniques given and medical pain relief options discussed. Each session is 2 hours and is taught in a small group setting.
- Session One: Preparing for Birth - May 6th 12:30-2:30pm
- Session Two: Birth Process & Comfort Measures - May 6th 2:30-4:30pm
- Session Three: Interventions & Complications - May 8th 6-8pm
- Session Four: Postpartum & Newborn Procedures - May 10th 6-8pm
