Founded on evidence-based information, this comprehensive course will help you explore all of your options and leave you feeling informed, prepared, and confident to give birth the way that works best for you - read: NO judgement. Ample time for hands-on practice comfort techniques given and medical pain relief options discussed. Each session is 2 hours and is taught in a small group setting.
- Session One: Preparing for Birth - Monday, June 11th 6-8pm
- Session Two: Birth Process & Comfort Measures - Wednesday, June 13th 6-8:30pm
- Session Three: Interventions & Complications - Saturday, June 16th 3-5pm
- Session Four: Postpartum & Newborn Procedures - Monday, June 18th 6-8pm
